Catarina’s Hair Designs was established by Catarina in 1998 and still maintains the same mission and values from which it was started . We are committed to consistently providing a warm, inviting environment while making you feel that every team member is available at anytime to assist and make your visit exceptional.
We are a proud independent salon which is dedicated to unsurpassed quality products exclusively for the professional stylist. Passing on this knowledge to you, our customer, we are loyal in delivering and educating you on the best looks and products that are trending.

Our mission is to reach our goal of being the best-value salon in our area, we are committed to consistently exceeding the expectations of our customers. We do this by providing a warm and inviting environment and quality-assured services provided by skilled technicians. We sell only top-rated retail products to complement our exceptional services.
Cancellation Policy
Please be aware that after more than one discourteous cancellation. A valid credit card number may be required to reserve your appointment. By giving your credit card number, you are agreeing to the following:
We understand that there are circumstances that are unavoidable and you may need to change your schedule, but we kindly ask for a 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. If 24 hours notice is not given, you miss your appointment, or fail to show up, you may be charged 100% of the service fee.
Cancellations and “no shows” leave gaps in our schedules that cannot be filled without a timely notice. This notification courtesy enables us to schedule another client and in turn maintains a higher availability of services for you as well as others. Due to scheduling commitments to our other clients, we may need to reschedule any appointment for which you are more than 15 minutes late (depending on the length of time of your service).
Please call the salon directly to speak with a receptionist if you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We do not check e mail-Facebook comments/messages, Instagram comments, or any other form of social media for cancellations or appointment requests.

Financial Information
Catarina’s Hair Design is happy to accept Visa or MasterCard, debit/check cards and, of course, cash.
Tips cannot be made on credit cards, and payment is due at the time of service.
